Returns

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be submitted within 30 days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for your refund to be reflected on your account.
